Question

How does active glass behave when confined?

The project studied active topological glass inside an ellipsoidal boundary, predicting the condensed behaviour of topological polymers.

What I did

Molecular dynamics, run and modified.

I used molecular dynamics simulation with LAMMPS, ran it on Linux through SLURM, and modified its source code where the research needed it.

Output

A poster, and a national project rating.

The work was rated a national innovation and entrepreneurship project and presented at the 21st National Condensed Matter Theory and Statistical Physics Conference.
